No all of our characters are accompanied by an assistant. This is part of your unique experience. The assistant is there to help you with your event as well as to help the character stay focused on the kids and entertainment. They play and control the music for the character, clean up the activities, keep track of time, help pass out cake, answer any questions you may have and more!
The character(s) will arrive early to park in an inconspicuous area and get prepared to walk into your event on time. If you would like to meet your character outside and guide them in or receive a message upon arrival, please mention so in your booking. We are always happy to accommodate a special entrance or surprise!
The assistant will keep track of the time and give you a 10 min warning when the character is about to leave. This is the best time to get last minute photos with the whole group, the family and fun individuals. We also suggest singing "Happy Birthday" and cake time towards the end of the character visit, as the children will have something to look forward to, as the character says goodbyes. You can walk the characters outside or just to the door. This is the best time to give gratuity if you choose, by handing it to the assistant. Please keep the children inside or distracted from watching the character leave. We love preserving magic!
Although we never expect it, gratuity is greatly appreciated. If you feel your performer(s) met or exceeded your expectations of service and you would like to give gratuity, we recommend the standard 15-20%. The best gifts come in small packages! To help preserve the magic, please give gratuity to the assistant at the end of the event. We recommend in an envelope.
We bring everything needed to do the activities you choose. However, we will also need, a table and chairs to do activities such as face painting, glitter tattoos, crafts and tea parties.
For the games and stories, we like to have a large enough space for all the guest to join and spread out to enjoy the fun!
We require a 60% retainer fee in order to book. This will hold your date, time and character. The remainder is due no later than 24 hours prior to your event. We will send you email reminders with the payment links and we accept all major credit cards.
We accept all major credit and debt cards conveniently online through our secure booking process. We also accept business checks if discussed and coordinated in advance with the owner.
At pop up/market events where we have a table/booth, we will accept Venmo as well.
The 60% retainer fee is non refundable if the client were to cancel. We still pay our cast for reserving their time to be at your event. We also take time to reserve your booking and potentially have to turn other bookings away.
In rare, unforeseen, emergency situations, if we have to cancel your booking we will refund you 100%.
No. We never want to limit the spread of magic! We may however, suggest a longer duration of stay or an additional character if your request has a large amount of child guests.
Our characters will do all the activities listed in your booking, given the number of children guests and length of character stay. Based on your booking request, we may recommend more time and/or an additional character in order to accommodate your activity request.
We say, dress to impress! Children are encouraged to wear their favorite attire and accessories to show the characters.
Don't have anything? No problem! We offer Little Adventures costume add-on for any package!
Want to upgrade even more! Add-on our treasure chest activity! We bring a treasure chest FULL of fun character costumes for the children to wear during the event. The children must return the costumes at the end, but there is unique and fun treasure at the bottom of the chest waiting for them as a keepsake!
